IMatriKs is equipment rental management software. While it was originally created for the business of gas detection at wellsites ("mud logging" or "data logging") and the rental of portable gas detectors, IMatriKs could be customized for use in any business that requires fleet management or inventory management software.

Some features:

• A visual aid for management of your rental fleet.
• View bookings and jobs in a graphical format, a month at a time.
• Specially designed for businesses where the reservations and in/out dates tend to change, because IMatriKs allows you to overbook your rental fleet. Bookings with any days in conflict appear first in the chart, clearly marked, making it easier for you to "juggle" them as necessary.
• Booking start and end dates are automatically updated if the unit does not go out on time.
• Allows for days a rental unit can be on "standby" (paid reservation).
• Allows for multiple invoices per job.
• Each job can be associated with multiple companies. For example, one rental of your unit may be associated with two separate companies plus an on-site contact.
• Job status is color coded. For example, a unit that is on standby will be displayed in a different color than a unit already out. Includes:
  • booked
  • standby (paid reservation)
  • out
  • returned
  • cancelled
• Days within a particular job are also color coded. Includes:
  • invoiced
  • reminder
  • conflict
• A rental and calibration history is maintained for each unit.
• A running total of number of days worked is kept for each geologist.
